Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Assisting adults with disabilities in communication development, community exploration and relationship building so that they can enjoy their lives;
• Assisting individuals with sensory stimulation and movement exploration;
• Implementing and monitoring developmental growth plans;
• Assisting with daily living skills including personal hygiene needs;
• Organizing and arranging volunteer placements for program participants;
• Assisting in teaching educational/art sessions to program participants;
• Maintain clean and sanitary conditions at the facility.
