Resource Associate

The Global Delivery Resource Associate assists in the planning and execution of the end-to-end staffing strategy for Leadership Solutions Partners (LSPs), On-Call Facilitators (OCFs), and/or Global Associates, ensuring timely, cost-effective planning and deployment that maximizes client outcomes and optimizes utilization. The role applies expertise and judgment to evaluate requirements, prioritize tradeoffs (schedule, capability, cost, risk), and recommend assignments in partnership with the Resource Managers.
