Job Description
The Senior Quality and Safety Manager will direct and implement Leeco’s quality and safety functions within a manufacturing environment focused on precision part processing and steel plate distribution. This role is responsible for overseeing the company’s quality product assurance program, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), and worker’s compensation management as they relate to steel processing operations, material handling, and distribution activities. The position provides leadership to the quality and safety team and ensures compliance with applicable regulatory, customer, and industry requirements across manufacturing and distribution operations. This position is based out of our Oshkosh, WI facility and requires in-person attendance. Travel to Leeco sites is required.
