About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team in the retail trade industry. As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company and ensuring its financial health. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Your ultimate goal will be to drive financial growth and profitability while maintaining financial stability.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful financial strategies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Experience in the retail trade industry
• CPA or CFA certification
• Experience with financial governance and audit regulation
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
