Job Description
The Order Management Specialist supports the Customer Account Management (CAM) function by managing order processing activities for the China region in close collaboration with the EMEA order processing team. This role is responsible for license generation, price quotations, contract administration, and maintaining accurate order records within Salesforce and other corporate systems. The position works cross functionally with Sales, Finance, Partners, and Legal teams to resolve order related issues, support receivables collection, and ensure timely VAT issuance, requiring strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and effective communication within a global environment.
