Job Summary
Carryout the process and cleaning activities with compliance as per production planning.
Job Responsibilities
- Performs all work in compliance with Code of Conduct, Business Ethics, related policies with the legal and regulatory requirements that apply to our job activities;
- Works as a member of a team to achieve the goal;
- Operates in accordance with Code of Conduct, Business Ethics, all established regulatory compliance and safety requirements;Performs all work in support of our Values: Collaboration, Courage, Perseverance, and Passion.
- To carry out the work as per the instructions given by the immediate Reporting Officer.
- To follow good manufacturing practices and Good documentation practices.
- To execute the operations / Process as per the written procedures in BPCR.
- To perform the cleaning activities as per the GCR’s.
- To ensure and execute that the SAP transactions are done as per work instructions.
- To stage the Raw materials and packing material to the respective areas.
- To report and record the deviations observed during the activity.
- To follow the safety procedures during working.
- To maintain a good housekeeping of the plant and surroundings.
- To co-ordinate with Engineering with respect to Breakdowns, preventive maintenance and day to day activities.
- To carry out safe disposal of spent and solid waste as per EHS norms.
- To undergo training and active participation in the following areas.
- Unit operations.
- Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Safety.
- Report abnormalities in the areas of GMP, Safety, Operations etc., to the immediate reporting officer / supervisor.
- All other relevant duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Education
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in science / Pharmacy / Engineering.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Self motivational skills allowing you to fuction independently.
- Communication style and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a APIPL environment.
