Job Summary
RAM Mounts is seeking an organized, personable, and customer focused professional to join our Seattle team. This onsite position blends front office administration with customer support responsibilities and reports directly to the Customer Service Manager.
The Office Administrator plays a key role in maintaining a welcoming, efficient, and professional office environment. Responsibilities include greeting visitors and walk-in customers, coordinating day to day office activities, managing office supplies/snacks/refreshments, distributing mail and packages, supporting company events, overseeing website Q&A inquiries, processing tax-exempt documentation for clients, and assisting with additional customer support functions.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions oriented mindset. As the first point of contact for clients, vendors, visitors, and employees, the Office Administrator is instrumental in delivering a positive experience while helping enhance overall customer satisfaction and office operations.
Specific Duties:
- Welcome and assist customers, visitors, vendors, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Support daily front office operations, including mail distribution, office organization, supply inventory, and maintaining common areas such as break rooms, conference rooms, and coffee stations.
- Coordinate office needs such as stocking supplies and snacks, arranging maintenance requests, tracking shared office equipment, and assisting with employee programs and office events.
- Serve as a central point of communication between staff, visitors, vendors, and office management while supporting general administrative and interdepartmental tasks.
- Provide customer service support through email, website inquiries, and ticketing systems by responding to questions, resolving issues, and routing concerns when needed.
- Maintain accurate customer and office records, including tax-exempt documentation, customer account/order information, and service interactions.
- Research and assist with customer orders, fulfillment, returns, delivery timelines, warranty requests, and product information to ensure accurate and timely resolutions.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of company products, pricing, promotions, and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years managing a front desk and/or facilitating customer facing office administration.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with customers to evaluate their needs.
- Must have a track record of reliability and follow through with great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experienced with MS Office Suite, MS Outlook, and CRM Systems.
- Excellent organization abilities.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic budgeting principles.
- Attention to detail.
- Creative, fun, and a sense of humor!
Education:
- High school education required
- Associate degree preferred

Hourly Range: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
