We pride ourselves on a faultless service from the moment an enquiry is made through to follow up meetings post event. We have twelve rooms within The Brewery Venue and are still expanding.
Role Purpose
What we're looking for
We are looking for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our team at The Brewery on Chiswell Street on a zero-hour casual basis.

We pride ourselves on a faultless service from the moment an enquiry is made through to follow up meetings post event. We have twelve rooms within The Brewery Venue and are still expanding.
What you'll be doing
- You will support the Head Chef in the development and execution of menus across a variety of events and service styles, ensuring high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
- The role involves overseeing kitchen operations, coordinating service across multiple kitchens and service points, and maintaining smooth delivery within a high volume, fast paced environment.
- You will assist in leading and developing a team of chefs, ensuring excellent culinary standards, strong teamwork, and efficient service delivery across the venue.
