About the Role:

As a Call Center Sales Agent, you will make outbound cold calls using a parallel dialer to connect with business prospects and schedule booth meeting times at upcoming events and side events. This role is fast-paced, metrics-driven, and ideal for someone who is competitive, organized, and comfortable handling high call volume.

Success in this role comes from strong communication, consistency, initiative, and the ability to confidently engage prospects while working toward daily and weekly booking goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients using a parallel dialer
  • Engage prospects and generate interest in event and side event meetings
  • Schedule and confirm booth appointment times
  • Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly KPI goals
  • Accurately document call outcomes and appointment details
  • Maintain professionalism and energy throughout high-volume calling sessions
  • Collaborate with leadership and team members to improve results and performance

What We're Looking For

  • Previous sales experience required
  • Cold calling experience strongly preferred
  • Experience booking meetings, appointments, or scheduling is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative
  • Comfortable working in a KPI and performance-driven environment
  • Positive, upbeat, and talkative personality
  • Reliable attendance and professionalism
  • Weekend overtime availability when needed
