- Drive for Results: The successful candidate will manage competing priorities, take accountability for tasks, and deliver accurate and timely administrative outcomes that support branch and organizational objectives.
- Systems Thinking: The successful candidate will understand the linkages between teams in the branch to best assign and enable work and to ensure correct cost centre coding for budget development and expense reviews.
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma and three years’ related experience in Office Administration.
- Related experience or education may be considered as an equivalency on a one-for-one basis.
The following will be considered assets:
- A two‑year diploma in Office Administration or a related field is considered an asset.
- Experience supporting executive or senior leadership in a complex, high‑volume branch environment.
- Experience with financial administration, including budgeting, forecasting, and expenditure tracking.
- Proficiency with enterprise office systems, including MS Office, SharePoint, Visio, and related tools.
- Knowledge of government or public sector administrative processes and procedures is considered an asset.

Additional Position Details:
- Term of Employment: Permanent, Full-time position.
- Hours of Work: 7.25 hours daily / 36.25 weekly – Monday to Friday.
- Location: Petroleum Plaza Building North Tower, Edmonton.
Recruitment Process:
