
Interventional Cardiologist with Orlando Health in Florida's Space Coast

Position Summary
Orlando Health Sebastian River Hospital is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Interventional Cardiologist to join a growing and dynamic team serving Florida’s Treasure Coast. This position offers a balanced mix of outpatient and procedural responsibilities, with a primary focus on interventional cases, including stents, diagnostic caths, and the potential for structural cases as the program grows. The position includes shared call responsibilities, supported by additional community coverage. The selected physician will join a team of two non-invasive cardiologists supported by dedicated and experienced clinical staff.
This practice is part of a broader hospital revitalization initiative, offering a unique opportunity to be involved in an exciting period of growth and transformation for the Heart and Vascular Institute. Significant investments are being made to enhance facilities, expand services, and strengthen operations, creating an environment where physicians can play an active role in shaping the future of the program. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated physician to join an evolving practice and work within a well-established referral network of more than 120 primary care physicians in Indian River County.
Position Requirements:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology
- Successful completion of an ACGME/AOA-accredited Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology Fellowship Program(s)
- Unrestricted FL Medical License (or ability to obtain one) and DEA.
- Board certification in Echo, Nuclear Cardiology, and/or Cardiac CT is beneficial, but not required.
- Graduating fellows and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care, research, teaching, and cross-collaboration amongst multiple specialties
- Commitment to patient care: Physicians should demonstrate a genuine dedication to delivering high-quality patient care and improving patient outcomes.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer. Sponsorship is not available for this position.

Orlando Health Melbourne Hospital is a medical and surgical healthcare facility located along Florida’s Brevard County Space Coast, offering a range of inpatient and outpatient services.
