Registrar
Job Type: Full-Time, Salary exempt

Global K9 Protection Group LLC is looking for a dedicated and passionate Registrar to serve as an integral part of the GK9PG Team.
• Ensure accurate & compliant management of all student administrative, enrollment, &academic records.
• Maintain full adherence to school, reporting requirements, & documentation standards.
• Provide high quality administrative support to students, instructors, and regulatory agencies.
• Coordinate schedules, training, certifications, and assignments to support efficient program operations.
• Serve as the primary contact for student processing inquiries related to enrollment & assigned programs.
• Safeguard confidential information, uphold, and data integrity across all student information systems.
• Support school leadership with audits, compliance reviews, & continuous administrative improvements.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).
• Process payments, invoices, and financial documentation related to enrollment.
• Assist with audits, inspections, and accreditation reviews.
• Support the development and updating of school policies, forms, and procedures.
• Prepare reports, forms, and internal documents for audits or regulatory reviews.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all administrative workflows.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Provide guidance to students on deadlines and documentation.
Student Enrollment & Records Management
• Process student applications, registrations, withdrawals, and program completions.
• Maintain accurate and current student records.
• Verify student eligibility, prerequisites, and documentation requirements.
• Issue transcripts, certificates, and completion documents as required.
Compliance
• Ensure school operations comply with company & external rules and regulations.
• Prepare and submit required reports for further processing.
• Track education requirements and ensure timely reporting.
• Maintain knowledge of current internal and external policy and process changes.
Scheduling & Program Coordination
• Coordinate schedules, student & resource assignments, and classroom availability.
• Assist with exam scheduling, proctoring coordination, and testing documentation.
• Monitor attendance records and ensure compliance with required instructional hours.

Qualifications:
Accreditations
• Must be able to obtain a Known Traveler Number (TSA PreCheck).
Education & Experience
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Education administration, licensing, compliance, or a related field experience preferred.
Skills & Competencies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and student information systems.
• Strong organizational and record keeping skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to support diverse student populations.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. (files, materials, supplies).
Work Environment
• Genuinely enjoys working around animals (i.e. canines)
• Working conditions: May be exposed to unpleasant odors, noises, and animal feces.
• Professional School setting that simulates operational venues.
Communication & Customer Service
• Serve as the primary contact for students regarding enrollment, training & certification requirements, and program information.
• Communicate with all staff, internal, and external departments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills. Establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to balance team/ individual responsibilities; contributes to building positive team.
• Effectively communicate customer related issues with operations team and formulate ways of improving the experience, including resolving problems and complaints.

• Ability to create, to maintain, and prepare records and reports.

• Must be able to prioritize and multi-task to effectively complete work in timely manner.
• Able to work outside normal business hours including weekends as needed.
• Citizen of the United States
• Able to pass the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Security Threat Assessment
• Possess valid driver's license (Real ID) and reliable transportation
• Able to pass background check and drug screen
