Contract Specialist The Contracts Specialist will provide a full range of contracting services such as pre-award, cost and pricing, contract award, and post- award services. As well as assist contracting officers in the development of solutions, recommendations, processes, and specialized instruments such as grants, task orders, cooperative agreements, and other transactions.
