Retirement Living Consultant

Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent is responsible for leasing apartments within the residence and selling personalized services to a retired clientele. The individual must achieve specific sales objectives, expand the client base through networking and prospecting activities to identify new business opportunities, and participate in activities that promote the residence’s unique features and distinguishing qualities.
