Recommend engineering solutions to improve factory efficiency and reliability.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to improve equipment availability and reduce downtime.
Participate in shutdown planning and execution activities.
Ensure all projects comply with occupational safety, environmental, and industry regulations.
Conduct risk assessments and enforce safe work procedures during project execution.
Prepare capital expenditure requests and project cost estimates.
Supervise technicians, contractors, and consultants.
