Encourage a positive learning environment in which competencies are maintained and improved consistent with current nursing knowledge and research.
Conduct clinical assessments where relevant, in conjunction with key stakeholders.
Support the development of relevant learning opportunities for clinical staff, with the support of the CEU team.
Participate in relevant professional development programs and contribute to ongoing education initiatives within CNE.
