Oversee the end to end billing cycle, ensuring invoices are accurate, compliant and issued within required timeframes
Monitor receivables performance including collections, ageing and outstanding balances, taking proactive action to minimise risk
Manage complex billing discrepancies, reconciliations and stakeholder queries, ensuring timely resolution
Oversee claims management and unspent funds processes, including reconciliations, final statements and recovery activities
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure smooth service delivery and positive outcomes
Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and controls across the Accounts Receivable function
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture focused on accuracy, accountability and customer service
