  • Partner with business application teams and data architecture to ensure downstream solutions are built on a scalable and governed platform foundation.

  • Lead a federated maker approach with strong enterprise guardrails and lifecycle management.
  • Deliver exemplar solutions and automations where necessary to accelerate adoption and demonstrate best practices.
  • Ensure ALM, environment strategy, and security controls support enterprise scale delivery.
  • People Leadership and Delivery

  • Partner with directors and business technology developers across business units to align requirements, priorities, and delivery outcomes.
  • Vendor and Partner Management
  • Serve as ENFRA’s primary owner of the Microsoft relationship, including roadmap alignment and platform evolution discussions.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, the CIO, and Digital and Data leadership on funding, licensing strategy, and commercial negotiations.
  • Evaluate, rationalize, and govern third party tools and ISVs that extend the Microsoft ecosystem.

  • Define and track adoption metrics, platform usage analytics, and value realization outcomes.
  • Partner with change management and communications teams to accelerate adoption and sustained usage.
  • Ensure platform success is measured by stability, usability, productivity gains, and delivered automation value.
