Are you passionate about building community through movement? As the Training Program Manager at Fleet Feet, you'll lead the charge in creating meaningful, fun, and safe experiences for runners and walkers of all levels. From overseeing program logistics and hiring coaches to inspiring participants and building a welcoming social environment, this role blends event planning, people leadership, and customer engagement.

You'll work closely with store staff, coaches, volunteers, and the marketing team to ensure that every training program and club event is inclusive, motivational, and well-executed, helping participants achieve their goals while strengthening their connection to Fleet Feet.
