Job Title: In-Home Sales Representative – No Cold Calling

The Opportunity:
Tired of door-knocking or chasing cold leads? At Andy's Statewide, a division of the nation's premier residential infrastructure network (ARS), we do the heavy lifting for you.
We provide 3 to 4 company-generated, pre-set appointments daily (minimum 55 qualified leads/month). We are seeking elite outside sales professionals from industries like solar, roofing, generators, flooring, or HVAC who know how to build rapport and handle a consultative, one-call close.

Responsibilities
Core Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations with residential clients to evaluate old heating/cooling units.
- Inspect current mechanical footprints—this requires navigating residential crawlspaces, basements, and attics.
- Craft custom upgrade layouts, build pricing scenarios, and present financial flex-options.
- Guide clients through a one-call resolution sales cycle.
- Partner directly with the local install coordinators for flawless project handoffs.
Qualifications
What You Need
- Confirmed track record in face-to-face outside sales or in-home consultations.
- Experience with one-call close dynamics is strongly preferred; technical HVAC knowledge is a plus but not required.
- Must possess a clean driving record and pass standard drug and background screening.
- Physical capability to inspect equipment in hot attics or wet crawlspaces.
This is a performance-driven sales role designed for closers who thrive in a consultative, one-call sales environment.
