Process Control Senior Technician – 3rd Shift
Join a team dedicated to keeping our operations running smoothly by ensuring accurate inventory and process reporting. In this role, you’ll help maintain inventory accuracy through monthly cycle counts and precise transaction reporting while collaborating closely with our blending, filling, and receiving teams. You’ll use SAP to record inventory movements and play an important role in maintaining quality standards by performing routine Process Quality Checks.

Key Responsibilities
Data Entry:
-
Enter Stock Order transactions into SAP based on production results. Analyze and report discrepancies.
-
Prepare and distribute daily production-related documents to assist with blending and filling inventory reporting.

Transfer stock in SAP system for bulk receiving.
-
Adjust known inventory losses in SAP system.
-
Update and maintain the Non-Conforming database as it relates to inventory adjustments.

Perform monthly tank adjustments in SAP.
Data Analytics:
-
Verify and validate production results by comparing various reporting tools.

Oversee all Cost Analysis for all Production orders and assign final approval for each prior to month end.

Perform daily investigation of inadequate stock for upcoming Filling/Blending.

Report monthly analytics including Inventory Adjustment Analysis, Variance vs. Consumption comparison, and Inventory Accuracy Report.
Process Quality Checks:

Perform Process Quality Checks for all filling lines to ensure processes are being adhered to.

Ensure associates using equipment have been signed off by appropriate party on training log.

Perform receiving inspections for packaging and packaged raw materials.

Discrepancies on any of the above to be reported to appropriate Supervisor/Manager.
Inventory:
-
Responsible for performing physical inventory counts of raw materials and/or finished goods on a regular rotation.

Enter adjustments in SAP to keep inventories accurate.

Assist in performing full annual physical inventory during plant shutdown.

Work with inventory auditors as needed.
-
Operate electric fork truck. Must be able to handle palletized materials and drums with drum clamp attachment.
Other:
-
Stop production due to safety and/or quality concerns.

Assist in maintaining housekeeping around facility
What You’ll Need To Succeed
-
High School Diploma or GED
-
5+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in inventory control or warehouse/shipping/receiving

Experience with SAP and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory management

Good problem‑solving, mathematical, and troubleshooting skills for inventory issues
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Self‑motivated with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
-
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
-
Safety‑minded; able to operate equipment such as an electric forklift (or obtain certification)

Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
