Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone comfortable working from home who can positively interact with damagers over the phone. We need a true team players who wants to make a meaningful contribution to their team and to our company.
The Insurance Filing Specialist is responsible for locating and reporting insurance information via claims analysis and interactions with damagers.
On a Typical Day, You'll
• Utilize Beyond platform to cross reference insurance information on repeat damagers.
• Analyze work activity to determine identity of General Contractors
• Request Certificates of Insurance from General Contractors and other damagers.
• File Insurance claims.
• Send subrogation documents.
• Enter insurance information and determine appropriate claim codes into Beyond platform.
• Assist supervisor and team members as requested.
Bonus Structure
1st- 15th of the month
Level 1 $725K = $125
Level 2 $800K = $175
Level 3 $900K = $240
16th- End of the month
Level 1 $1.6M = $125
Level 2 $1.7M = $175
Level 3 $1.8M = $240
Requirements
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Skillful internet searcher
• Ability to effectively communicate with damagers, insurance company representatives
and other employees in a professional and courteous manner
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent analytical and processing skills
• Accurate data review and data entry skills
• Organized, thorough and detail oriented
Physical and Mental Requirements:
• Position requires sitting at a desk and working on a computer for extended periods
• Communicate clearly and accurately.

Education and Experience Guidelines:
High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ year of customer service
1 year plus of insurance experience is preferred, but not mandatory
