The role we are offering you:
By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to support the full lifecycle of commercial and government contracts. You will work alongside experienced contract professionals, contributing to contract administration activities while gaining exposure to compliance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement in a professional environment.
Are you ready to:
- Assist with the administration and maintenance of contract files, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal procedures
- Support the preparation, review, and tracking of contractual documents, amendments, and correspondence
- Monitor key contractual milestones, deliverables, and reporting requirements
- Assist in responding to internal stakeholder requests related to contractual obligations and processes
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by updating templates, trackers, and process documentation
Our ideal candidate has:
- Basic understanding of contract management principles and business administration
- Ability to read and interpret contractual terms and conditions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
- Asset: previous internship, coursework, or exposure related to contracts, procurement, or legal studies
Preferred Education
Pursuing a college diploma, undergraduate degree, or master’s degree in business administration, commerce, law, contract management, supply chain, or a related field, with three (3) years of studies completed
Location of the internship is Montreal, QC or Ottawa, ON
Internship will be carried out in hybrid mode.
*All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate. All students with a work permit must provide a copy of it and a police clearance certificate from the country or countries where they have resided in the past five years.
*Please take note that if you are on a student, work or international student permit, the delays for the security background check take minimum 16 weeks.

*For all interns hired, we will reimburse the internship costs for up to $250 per intern upon presentation of supporting documents.
