About this Role: 

  • Optimize Patient Scheduling: Analyze data to adjust and improve scheduling daily, weekly, and monthly; collaborate with Service Line Teams to meet access goals and strategic targets.
  • Deliver Outstanding Patient Communication: Communicate appointment changes clearly and professionally; proactively resolve scheduling issues while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
  • Coordinate and Manage Calls: Answer inbound calls per protocol, assess caller needs, and accurately document or refer inquiries; schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments while verifying patient information and insurance in the EHR.
  • Ensure Compliance and Documentation: Adhere to all HIPAA, HRSA, and organizational policies; document outreach efforts and patient contacts thoroughly in EHR and reports.
  • Flexibility & Team Collaboration: Work varied shifts and locations as needed; build strong working relationships across teams to support patient access through use of gap reports, discharge data, and member panel lists. 

Job Schedule:

  • Sunday through Thursday
    • 7:00am to 4:00pm 
    • 8:00am to 5:00pm
    • 9:00am to 6:00pm

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
  • One year experience in a healthcare setting

Sunday through Thursday
7:00am to 6:00pm (anytime), eight hours per day
