($2,500 upon 90 days of employment / $2,500 upon 180 days of employment)

WHAT IS THIS POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Provide daily group psychotherapy.
- Provide comprehensive evaluations and assessments.
- Develop appropriate treatment plans and goals and monitor patient's progress toward treatment goals.
- Coordinate patient care with other members of the treatment team.
- Maintain contact with referral sources and other providers as necessary.
- Maintain appropriate clinical documentation.
- Provide individual, marital, and family therapy.
- Provide family education as needed.
WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?
- Applicants must have an LSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
- Applicant must have knowledge of relevant clinical issues and 12-step programs.
- Candidates must pass required background checks including county/state checks, fingerprinting, CPS check, sex offender registry check, and drug screen.
