Coordinator EMEA Customs & SCM Sustainability

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support customs operations across the EMEA region, ensuring compliance with import/export regulations, tariff classification, and origin requirements
• Monitor regulatory changes and assist in audits, internal controls, and customs inspections
• Contribute to the integration of sustainability and ESG requirements into supply chain processes, including CO₂ reporting and regulatory compliance (e.g. CBAM, PPWR)
• Collect, analyze, and manage customs and sustainability data, and prepare KPIs and management reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Sustainability) and external partners
• Identify process improvements and support digitalization and international trade projects 
  

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Trade/Customs, or a comparable field
• Initial professional experience in customs, international trade, or supply chain management  
• Basic understanding of EU and international customs regulations and processes  
• Exposure to sustainability or ESG topics within the supply chain is considered an advantage  
• Experience in data analysis and working with reporting tools (e.g. Excel) is preferred  
• Experience in an international or cross-functional environment is a plus
• Communication and good self-organization skills, work under time pressure
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; additional European languages are considered a strong advantage
