Ensuring that product safety and security is proactively managed regardless of customer requirement
Product Quality, ensuring the engineering the team works as one team for achieving the delivery of the project/programme.
Reporting and Metrics: Track and report on engineering metrics in support of project status and KPI’s.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process / product improvements and drive initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of engineering delivery.
