Job Summary

Facilitates the global internal deployment of standards and regulations in all businesses, by providing information on, interpretation of and access to relevant standards and regulations.

Provide support to S&R professionals on standardization activities.

Key Areas of Responsibility
Maintains the S&R Database to ensure up-to-date and accurate content, on all applicable standards, regulations and country requirements, including guiding documents
Implements improvements and updates to the standards website based on user feedback and AI developments
Troubleshoots and resolves issues related to the standards web platform
Screens new regulations and assesses relevance of these for Signify
Supports creation of detailed regulatory notifications to enable businesses becoming compliant with new requirements
Supports creation of detailed regulatory notifications to enable businesses becoming compliant with new requirements
Supports S&R professionals and managers in internal communication of new developments, by facilitating webinars, “S&R Bytes”, or other means of spreading the news on S&R developments

Supports S&R professionals and managers in their transactional interactions with external SDOs and relevant internal departments that relevant to standardization activities.

Supports S&R managers in the daily management affairs and schedules.

Critical Experiences
• Bachelor's degree in Information Management or a technical field, providing affinity with database management and information systems, as well as with technical topics relevant to lighting products
• Experience in managing content databases or document management systems, with ability to communicate with IT and support content management in a regulatory environment
