Job Description
The Recreation Attendant monitors resident and guest use of facilities for adherence to the Rules & Regulations regarding facility use. In addition, will assist in functions/duties relating to operation and maintenance of facilities, and maintain verification of residents’ membership to the club facilities, and surrounding facilities at the community.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Insure the pool, spa, and sauna are maintained according to all regulations.
Respond to emergency situations in the water or surrounding areas.
Administer first aid and contact emergency medical personnel in case of serious injury.
Maintain a safe swimming environment and enforce all policies, procedures and regulations.
Other duties as assigned.
Compensation:
$18.50 - $19.00/hour;direct experience highly considered.

Requirements
Certification in AED, CPR and similar life-saving techniques, and proper first aid skills are mandatory.
Professional customer service skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
Must be at least 16 years old. If under 18, must have a valid work permit.
