- Performs duties to monitor and record all gaming and casino activities. - Exercises good judgment to identify suspicious guests or team members, following detailed instructions according to company policies and procedures.- This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and team members.- Monitors all casino activities on the casino floor and supporting area.
