Maintain project documentation, records, correspondence, and filing systems.
Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes of meetings, and follow up on action items.
Track project progress, schedules, manpower records, and documentation status.
Prepare project reports, timesheets, invoices, purchase requests, and material tracking records.
Coordinate with internal departments such as HR, Procurement, Finance, and Logistics for project requirements.
Monitor document control processes and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Support mobilization, onboarding, travel arrangements, and site access documentation for project personnel.
Assist in preparing presentations, dashboards, and management reports.
Ensure proper communication between clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality of project and company information.
Perform additional administrative duties assigned by management.
