PBS - Business Support

Within the First Line of Defense (FLoD) framework, Private Banking Support (PBS) plays a key role in ensuring the effective operation of the Department and the robustness of the Internal Control System (ICS) in the Private Banking (PB) area.

A PBS Officer is responsible for overseeing the effective implementation of Know Your Customer (KYC) processes within business operations. This role is focused on identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial crime risks at the operational level, while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
