Your tasks
- Define and continuously improve test strategies, test concepts (including security testing), and quality standards across multiple products and teams
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor testing activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality goals
- Establish and maintain transparency on quality metrics (e.g. test coverage, defect rates, test progress)
- Collaborate with development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and quality requirements
- Drive the adoption and improvement of test automation and quality assurance processes
- Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects using tools such as Azure DevOps
- Support teams in resolving quality issues and identifying risks early in the development lifecycle
Your profile
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, including experience in coordinating or managing testing activities
- Strong understanding of test methodologies (e.g. risk-based testing, exploratory testing, regression strategies)
- Experience in defining and tracking quality metrics and reporting to stakeholders
- Experience working in agile environments and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with test management and collaboration tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, GitHub)
- Good understanding of test automation approaches and modern QA practices
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in multi-product or complex system environments
- Experience with API, performance, or security testing
- Excellent English skills at B2 level or higher
- Portuguese and/or German is a plus

As part of this mission, we are strengthening our team and are looking for a Test Manager to define and drive quality assurance across our digital products. You will play a key role in establishing test strategies, ensuring transparency on quality metrics, and aligning testing activities across teams.
