Back to jobsBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Systems Engineering, Operations Management, or related discipline (Software Engineering considered with relevant manufacturing/operations exposure).
0–3 years of experience in manufacturing operations, manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or quality (co-op/internship experience accepted).
Exposure to MES, ERP, QMS, or other digital manufacturing systems is an asset.
Strong skills in process mapping and workflow documentation.
Industrial engineering knowledge including simulation, optimization, bottleneck analysis, takt time analysis, or time studies.
Strong data analysis skills using Excel and Power BI.
Ability to communicate effectively with operators, engineers, supervisors, and cross-functional teams.
Ability to translate operational requirements into structured system (MES) inputs.
Programming experience is an asset but not required.
