Responsibilities

  • Answers phones, greets visitors, sorts mail 
  • Generate and update reports
  • Maintains site personnel, regulatory and compliance files
  • Produces and updates spreadsheets as needed
  • Provides administrative support to operation, sales, and billing department
  • Assist the operations team in facilitating meetings 
  • Performs other duties as assigned
