Business Planning Manager-Ops

The Business Planning Manager role drives the resource management business activities by understanding key performance metrics that deliver financial results and acting as a trusted business partner for key stakeholder groups. This is achieved by attending financial forecast and sales pipeline calls; informing stakeholders of policy and/or processes changes and business impact; facilitating escalations by referencing policy documents to identify a path to resolution; and generating reporting to measure results and create action plans where results do not meet targets. In this role, driving business activities is dependent on managing and coaching Resource Analysts daily activities and developing training plans to maximize performance.
