Senior Manager, Product Operations

Hybrid role to: NYC, Chicago, IL or Boulder, CO HelloFresh Headquarters

Factor_ is seeking a dynamic Product Operations Leader to serve as the critical bridge between our Product Strategy and Operations/Supply chain teams. In this role, you will be the driving force that ensures we deliver an exceptional, seamless experience to our customers week after week. As the product lead, you will collaborate closely with forecasting, procurement, sourcing, fulfillment operations, and culinary teams—acting swiftly to address challenges, optimize resources, and solve complex business puzzles in real time. 

You will...

  • Serve as the strategic nexus between the Product team and cross-functional operations partners, ensuring our daily execution and tooling will deliver the highest standard of customer experience.
  • Orchestrate weekly cross-functional syncs bringing together product, sourcing, procurement, culinary operations and fulfillment to align on upcoming launches, proactively identify bottlenecks, and flag potential watch-outs for the production week.
  • Tackle real-time operational hurdles by providing swift, decisive product guidance. You will partner with the operations team to untangle in-week issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with Menu Operations to optimize weekly offerings, track menu cost, seamlessly managing menu changes required by operational shifts, inventory constraints, or necessary ingredient substitutions.
  • Act as the rapid-response leader across operational communication channels (e.g., Slack, Email), operating with speed and agility to provide answers or mobilize the right team members for immediate issue resolution.
  • Harness data and advanced tooling—leveraging SQL, Tableau dashboards, and AI to analyze and drive comprehensive product insights and intelligent decisions regarding excess inventory, product waste reduction, and menu cost/budget alignment.
  • Validate long-lead forecasting and contracting assumptions alongside sourcing and procurement partners, ensuring we always secure the exact volume of key ingredients needed to bring our weekly menus to life.
  • Lead Post-Launch Review process gathering feedback and insights on how new product launches went from the 360 view of our cross-functional partners, ensuring we capture and action on any key learnings and opportunities.

At a minimum, you have...

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Operations, Product Development, or other relevant field of study.
  • MBA or relevant Master’s Degree a plus
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with a background in product, operations, menu planning, forecasting/planning, insights/analytics across food/food tech industries or other.
  • Fluent in Google Suite applications (including Gemini integration), SQL, Tableau, and are resourceful with where to look for data and insights. 
  • Strong track record of success managing many cross-functional stakeholders and collaborative projects.
  • Travel: <10%
