General Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all operational processes are being adhered to and followed. Address any deviation from official processes at the earliest opportunity.
  • Counting and management of RF devices, temperature probs, and cameras.
  • Allocate tasks to Warehouse Crew Members and Reach Truck Operators, ensuring productivity targets are achieved.
  • Train and guide team members on SOPs, safety, and assign them for further 
  • training as required.
  • Monitor staff attendance, absenteeism, discipline, and overall performance.
  • Minimize idle hours and prevent unnecessary overtime.
  • Enforce warehouse health, safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards.
  • Support both internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with SOPs.
  • Escalate operational issues, damages, and shortages promptly to the Shift Senior Operations Executive.
  • Provide daily updates on inbound/outbound status and manpower utilization.
  • Coordinate with Transport and Customer Service team to ensure smooth inbound and outbound planning.
  • Conduct random checks of outside storage areas, container, resting zones, and restrooms.
  • Ensure dock doors remain closed when no activity is in progress.
  • Actively participate in employee engagement activities.
  • Support maintaining employee health records and ensure staff undergo regular annual medical tests.
  • Ensure all remaining pallets and quantities are placed in the correct locations and monitored regularly.
  • Work to reduce truck waiting times.
  • Generate reports through Warehouse Management System (WMS), and other WMS related activities.
  • Ensure employee hygiene during warehouse operations.
  • Ensure Reach Truck Operators, Crew Members and dock helpers maintain proper discipline.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in dock areas, rooms and annex areas.
  • Oversee PPE adherence of loading and unloading staff.

Monitor PPE compliance of truck helpers within warehouse areas.

The role is responsible for overall operational activities of the warehouse including but not limited to daily inbound / outbound warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling and accurate storage of goods in designated locations while maintaining proper temperature controls. Key responsibilities include reducing truck turnaround time, aligning to truck scheduling, optimizing the utilization of reach truck operators, warehouse staff, and dock helpers, and enforcing health, safety, and food safety standards. The role also involves monitoring quality control and upholding high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.

Inbound Operations

  • Assign docks for unloading according to the booking system.
  • Inspect vehicle condition and verify temperature before unloading, ensure the vehicle key is placed in the key holder.
  • Completing daily targets – supervisors are expected to follow up daily with reach truck operators in real time as tasks happen inside the warehouse.
  • Assign product checkers to carry out quantity and quality checks, in case of mismatches, inform Customer Care / System Inventory Controllers to get customer confirmation before unloading.
  • Assign crew members & reach truck operators to ensure timely put away of goods into the correct location areas (chiller, freezer, dry).
  • Assign dock helpers effectively to optimize unloading operations.
  • Coordinate with the Outbound Supervisor and Shift Executive to manage manpower and ensure smooth inbound flow.

Outbound Operations

  • Identify suitable order pickers and assign them according to customer orders.
  • Supervise the picking, staging, and dispatch for customer orders.
  • In case of mismatches, handle them accordingly or escalate the issue to the Senior Operations Executive.
  • Completing daily targets – supervisors are expected to follow up daily with reach truck operators & warehouse crew members in real time as tasks happen inside the warehouse.
  • Conduct random checks on quantities, batch numbers, storage locations, and ensure timely handover.
  • Assign vehicles to docks as per the booking system.
  • Inspect vehicle condition and verify temperature before loading, ensure the vehicle key is placed in the key holder.
  • After loading, cross-check for shortages or surpluses. If mismatches are found, coordinate with the Customer Care team / System Inventory Controllers to obtain customer confirmation before releasing.
  • Assign dock helpers effectively to optimize loading operations.

Coordinate with the Outbound Supervisor and Shift Executive to manage manpower and ensure smooth inbound flow.
