As an Integrated Logistics Support Engineer (ILSE), you will define the optimized approach to plan and develop support for engines and/or components in order to assure the right availability and the minimum costs throughout their lifecycle.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

• Define maintainability needs and connect with engineering organizations (from design to In Service teams) to guarantee application and evolution of the maintenance planning (preventive, predictive and corrective tasks)

• Support fleet modeling to identify spare parts needs along the entire engine lifecycle

• Define needs of Support and test equipment with particular attention to Packaging, handling, storage and transportation for most important items

• Identify Manpower and personnel needs for the different maintenance bases

• Define needs of Training for operators and Technical publications

• Participate in cross functional team as part of lean events for service contracts productivity enhancement

Qualifications/Requirements

• Master’s degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering

• Proven experience in Aerospace business

• Good interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills

• Clear thinking and diligent approach

• Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required

• Fluency in English and Italian
