- 3 to 5 years’ experience in the implementation and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules
- In depth experience in recruitment, onboarding and employee central modules.
- Experience in HCM life cycle like hire, variations, and terminations and its related integrations.
- Demonstrated ability or the ability to acquire skills and experience in HR process.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Identify gaps and implement process improvements
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency
