  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in the implementation and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules
  • In depth experience in recruitment, onboarding and employee central modules.
  • Experience in HCM life cycle like hire, variations, and terminations and its related integrations.
  • Demonstrated ability or the ability to acquire skills and experience in HR process.
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Identify gaps and implement process improvements
  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency
