Back to jobsCoordinate end-to-end import shipments of meat products, including tracking containers, managing ETAs, and escalating delays or issues
Liaise with international suppliers to confirm order volumes, shipping schedules and export documentation
Ensure all Australian import documentation requirements are met, including health certificates, invoices and packing lists
Prepare, review and maintain all import and shipping documentation and shipment records
Work closely with Finance, Quality Assurance, Distribution Centres, Sales and Materials Planning to support accurate forecasting and stock visibility
Provide regular shipment updates, risk alerts and resolution plans to internal stakeholders
Support procurement by managing lead times, supplier performance and supply continuity
Identify opportunities to improve shipping efficiency, reduce delays and lower freight costs
Build strong working relationships with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers and other logistics partners
