Maintain and repair electrical systems across accommodation units, kitchens, laundries, admin buildings, and recreational facilities.
Diagnose and resolve faults in lighting, power circuits, motors, pumps, switchboards, and control systems.
Service and repair split systems, ducted AC units, packaged units, evaporative coolers, and commercial refrigeration equipment.
Conduct preventative maintenance aligned with the 8‑day swing to minimise downtime during off‑roster periods.
Complete testing and tagging, RCD testing, and electrical compliance checks.
Maintain accurate records of electrical work, HVAC servicing, and refrigerant handling.
Assist with general camp maintenance including minor plumbing, structural repairs, and outdoor infrastructure.
Work safely under mining protocols including JHAs, Take‑5s, permits to work, and isolation/LOTO procedures.
Collaborate with camp management, contractors, and site teams to resolve issues efficiently.
