You are Great At:
• Managing customer requests end-to-end, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
• Driving renewals through proactive pipeline management, quote preparation, and upsell identification.
• Handling order lifecycle tasks including bookings, data updates, and issue resolution.
• Acting as a trusted customer contact, resolving escalations and collaborating across teams.
• Growing accounts by reducing churn, identifying expansion opportunities, and supporting team development.
What it Takes:
• Highly organized, self-driven, and adaptable with strong attention to detail.
• Clear communicator with strong stakeholder and customer management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP tools (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle).
• Proven track record in renewals and revenue growth.
