Job Responsibilities

As Syneos Health continues its transformation journey, this role will serve as the activation engine for our strategic culture priorities—driving engagement, orchestrating program rollouts, and establishing clear metrics to evaluate enterprise impact. The Culture Enablement & Activation Manager will package, communicate, launch, and measure culture initiatives that connect employees and leaders to the organizational narrative, ensuring culture translates from intent into action.

Scope & Value Creation:

• Translate culture priorities into clear, compelling, and repeatable content, toolkits, and narratives for leaders, managers, and teams.

• Create a unified, visible culture storyline across leadership communications, manager cascades, and enterprise milestones.

• Ensure all materials are practical, modern, and globally relevant.

• Plan and execute phased launches and socialization of culture programs across leadership, managers, colleagues, and regional teams.

• Enable consistent rollout while allowing for local relevance and adaptation.

• Define and track culture success metrics (adoption, behavior signals, engagement, participation, sentiment).

• Build dashboards and scorecards to show progress and impact, producing clear readouts for leadership to support decision-making and course-correction.

• Lay the groundwork to absorb additional culture-related programs in the future, such as Employee Resource Groups management and volunteer/community initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality written, visual, and digital content to support culture initiatives.

• Package complex programs into clear narratives and practical toolkits.

• Ensure consistency, clarity, and credibility across all culture communications.

• Partner with HR, Internal Comms, and regional leaders to drive adoption and engagement.

• Coordinate timing, messaging, and materials across a matrixed organization.

• Track adoption, engagement, participation, and behavior signals over time.

• Create dashboards and executive-ready readouts showing progress and impact.

• Use data-driven insights to recommend adjustments and improvements.

Additional Qualifications

• Strong content creation and storytelling skills for diverse audiences.

• Experience launching and scaling programs in complex, matrixed organizations.

• Comfortable with data, metrics, dashboards, and telling a story with numbers.

• Experience working in fast-paced, global environments with shifting priorities.

• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

• Self-starter with high accountability and bias for action.
