The Global Patriot Asia Finance team is seeking a Finance Cost Controls Manager (M4) to lead the Japan programs and finance team. As a key member of the finance team, the successful candidate will be responsible for all phases of the program’s lifecycle (proposals, execution, delivery, sustainment) and for the strategic outlook of the long range plan.
The ideal individual for this job will be an excellent communicator with a desire to learn and be challenged, the ability to work on a variety of tasks, and the ability to interact with a variety of management levels and customer counterparts. This exciting position will provide an opportunity to work on a program from the ground up, work on a unique commercially provided program, perform estimates at completion, variance analyses, and utilize other metrics and tools used in the successful support of the program.
This role is being offered in a hybrid capacity (onsite & remote) with onsite work expected in Tewksbury, MA. Relocation assistance is not being offered.
What You Will Do
Aid in establishing, analyzing and loading the initial baseline within given targets
Process approved Budget Change Requests (BCR) and ensure all changes are incorporated into control systems
Oversee team to ensure accurate financial forecasts / Estimates at Complete (EACs) are developed
Support weekly / monthly / financial forecasting and analysis
Program control including monthly variance analysis
Prepare and support monthly & quarterly financial deliverables (CDRLs, VARs, BCRs, EACs, Review packages etc)
Support proposal efforts for a key strategic capture
Support Ad Hoc Tasks & Analysis as required
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field & 8 years of related work experience; OR an Advanced degree and 5 years of related work experience
Experience with Microsoft Office products
Experience with actuals, forecast and/or reporting financial systems as well as cost & schedule controls

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
