Back to jobs5–8 years of progressive experience in Strategy, Business Transformation, Innovation, or Enterprise PMO roles, preferably within manufacturing, pharma, or other complex operating environments.
Strong business strategy foundation, with formal education from IIMs or other premier business schools (MBA / PGDM), specializing in Strategy, Operations, Transformation, or General Management.
Proven experience in:
Hands‑on exposure to executive‑level communications, including EXCO / Board presentations, strategy decks, and transformation or investment proposals.
Experience working closely with senior leadership, translating complex inputs into decision‑ready business insights.
Proven ability to operate in cross‑functional, cross‑site environments, influencing outcomes without formal authority.
