The Marketing Specialist - Team Stores supports marketing initiatives for Rally House Team Store partnerships across collegiate and conference-based brands. This role maintains and implements email marketing, organic social media, paid media campaigns, and ecommerce content to support traffic, engagement, and revenue growth across Team Store platforms. This position works closely with internal teams and university and conference partners to ensure stores are properly merchandised, promoted, and positioned for success in a fast-paced sports and retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Implement marketing strategy and execution across Team Store email, organic social, and paid media channels
- Coordinate and deploy marketing campaigns tied to sports seasons, championships, player moments, product launches, and promotional calendars
- Partner closely with ecommerce teams to ensure homepage content, category pages, facet pages, and product sorting remain relevant and optimized
- Assist in identifying featured products, trending categories, and merchandising opportunities across Team Store sites
- Serve as a primary marketing contact for university and conference partners, maintaining strong communication and collaborative relationships
- Ensure partner requests, approvals, and marketing needs are handled quickly, professionally, and accurately
- Support campaign planning and execution across multiple conferences, universities, and team brands simultaneously
- Analyze marketing and ecommerce performance to identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and increased fan engagement
- Monitor campaign performance across email, social, paid media, and ecommerce channels while providing actionable reporting and recommendations
- Collaborate with creative, merchandising, ecommerce, and marketing teams to ensure alignment across campaigns and brand standards
Skills and Knowledge
Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced, seasonal environment, Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partners, Experience maintaining and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns across multiple brands or partners, Familiarity with sports marketing, retail ecommerce, or collegiate licensing is a plus, Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, Strong understanding of email marketing, organic social media, paid media, and ecommerce merchandisingQualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience managing or supporting paid media campaigns on Meta or Google platforms
- Experience with email marketing platforms, social media management tools, or ecommerce platforms preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment
- Able to clearly view and read information on a computer screen
- Occasionally lift or move items up to 15 pounds

Pay Range
$55,000.00 - $70,000.00
