Industrial Maintenance Manager
Job Description
The Maintenance Manager is a key member of the plant leadership team who acts as a technical advisor and is responsible for overall maintenance, repair and/or replacement of plant reconditioning equipment and the overall facility itself. Provides leadership and supervision to the Maintenance team in the assignment and coordination of work to ensure safety, quality, and maximum production efficiencies. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and a strong background in electrical, mechanical, PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), hydraulic, robotics and pneumatic systems. In addition to technical expertise, the Maintenance Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive maintenance program to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and facilities.
