Sr. Business Development Representative

Job Description

  • Map and prioritize target accounts across EU pharma based on regulatory exposure, firmographic fit, and buying signals
  • Define and refine ICP and buyer persona profiles in collaboration with sales and marketing leadership
  • Develop persona-specific outreach strategies for key buyers across email, LinkedIn, and phone
  • Execute multi-channel outbound sequences with a focus on relevance and precision over volume
  • Qualify and respond to inbound leads with speed and genuine commercial intelligence
  • Develop working knowledge of and global serialization compliance deadlines and serialization to effectively open doors.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing on campaign alignment, content feedback, and demand generation initiatives
  • Maintain clean, accurate pipeline data in Salesforce and contribute to ongoing process improvement
