Job Description
• Tertiary qualification in Geology (Honours preferred)
• Minimum of 4+ years’ experience in exploration or resource definition
• Experience with gold and/or copper systems, ideally across varied geological environments
• Strong skills in geological interpretation, target generation and data analysis
• Experience supporting or leading exploration programs, including drilling and field activities
• Familiarity with key industry software (e.g. Leapfrog, GIS, acQuire, ioGAS or similar)
• A proactive, self-sufficient approach with the ability to work effectively in a lean team
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including engagement with landholders and stakeholders
• A genuine passion for exploration, with curiosity, initiative and a desire to keep learning.
